i pre orded the game got the sword and shild and some reason i cant go to or even find the Black imporium place it wont show up in my bonus content or anything ??? rather annoyed

The Sword and Sheild I believe is a GameStop pre-order item. The only advice I can offer is the Black Emporium shows up on the map inside the game right underneath Dark Town. The Black Emporium never shows up on the main title screen under "Unlockables" it only shows up in your Special Delivery Chest.

Who do we talk to, for us to get the shield and sword bonus for pre-ordering it before March 8th. Amazon sent me an email and steps to get the shield and sword and I found nothing but FAKE gold.

Yes they were a GameStop pre-order item, but not exclusively so. Best Buy, Amazon and a few other retailers were also listed as participating retailers. Some retailers like Best Buy had additional exclusives on top of the sword and shield like the amulet of ashes.

I was super relieved and surprised, I ordered from amazon uk, which we were told wouldn't get lion of orlais and fadeshear stuff etc. Turns out I got everything really easily, no problems which some other people have had. No unique amazon items so I didn't have to deal with any emailed promo codes, just 1 code for everything...win ^^

Hi guys, this is my first post on here. I'd just like to clear something up. I preordered my dragon age 2 from play.com in the uk before 8th March, and I received the code for the black emporium but did not receive codes for the sword and shield. Should I get in contact with Play.com and ask what's going on? I think I'm right in thinking that I should have received those codes as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

i have already posted this in another forum but it may have been the wrong forum i own the ultimate edition of DA:O have the blood dragon armor but did not recieve it in DA 2 signature edition what is the deal? i understood that i would recieve it. also if i start a new game will i recieve my other unlocked items for the new class?

I got 3 codes - one for register - works!
one for Black Emporium - Say enabled, but dont show ingame
one for sword and shield - sword popped in chest - shield not..
Got shield from other chest alot later in storyline tho.
Oh well.. I got full champ armor - at the last minute before endgame fights
Cant say I'm too impressed tho - game is too compact - and chests pop with Master needed - almost impossible to get for a level 20 Rogue - unless all stats is placed in Cunning - and thats just to stupid.

The Black Emporium you have to download off the site. The items you'll find once you get to a safe location. I won't say where incase it's a spoiler.

HI...i have the signature edition..

I downloaded the Black Emporium and the Sigils Prince....

Installed....

Not coming up-not in Gamlens room where the chest is where i found my sword and lion shield...

....Iam level 7 in Act 1

So i downloaded again twice more the black emporium and Sigils prince...Installed...and on the game menu it says...

Downloaded content.....then under that..
Installed Downloadable contente in white....

Then a brown line....

then asterisk next to....with Black Emporium, Sigils Prince and Signature Edition Rewards....

I click on each row of each...it explains each content....

Does this mean it hasnt installed and needs to install again?...or that it has installed.....As it looks like...before brown line you could have installed downloadable contecnt....then under it not installed downloadable content...

I think you guys need to make your headings clearer.....As i am unsure whether it is or not installed.....

Well i have the shield and 1hder ....but disapointing...as dont have Black Emporium-Sigils Prince-and Signature Rewards......even though i have downloaded them seperately and installed them now 3 times..

How do I redeem my The Black Emporium Online Pass - code?

I have the sword and the shield and other stuff you get with no problem

This is how I did:
Go to ea.com and register
Go to http://social.biowar...m/user_home.php
Use the same username password you created from ea.com
Go to your profile and select register games.
Find DA2 and click "click here to register game"
use the upc code on the back of your ps3 case

now turn on you DA2 game..make sure you are signed on and also make sure that you are linked to ea account. It'll say so on the bottom left corner of the screen..

Now when you get to kirkwall map go to GAMLENS HOUSE.. your sword, shield , and other good stuff will be in the chest.


Black Emporium:

just use the code you received inside the case to playstation store and redeem it.

When you get to kirkwall map, it will be right next to darktown.

i pre-order'd from place called play N trade, gave me code for The Black Emporium, had to jus redeem code at playstation store
