I preordered the game and have downloaded the Black Emporium. It is installed and in my list of DLC with a checkmark next to it. However, I have received no mail at Gamlen's House and cannot access the emporium. I am not sure if this is the appropriate place to put this but I would like to know what if anything I could do to access the shop.

Hello, I have the sig. edition. Everything showed up but Shens Might and the Bow. When I goto registered add-ons They dont show up there either. The other items under the same promo code are there.????

I also don't have sword and shield, and can't find anywhere to give good info on where codes should come from. The info screen says enter the UPC at bioware social redeem screen to get the the sword and shield but that just says code not recognized and no sword or shield for dl. I ordered the game on Feb 19, FROM EA.com, so you would think they would have it right.....lol, maybe not.
Any further ideas or updates on how to get it??

I bought my copy new from the store Mar 10 but did not receive the any passcode. There was a game disc and booklet but nothing else. Did I just get ripped off?

With the PC/Mac version, you go to your registered game content page and next to the Black Emporium, there will be a "More Info" link. One for Mac and one for PC. Pick the one for your system. In the pop-up, there will be a link to download it. Once downloaded, run the downloaded file to install. After that, go in the game and make sure you are logged in through the game at least once to fully activate it.

really stinks to get a console version still waiting for all my unlockable content to actually add. Upside still got Prince and Emporium to added correctly and was able to get my Soundtrack fine =/

You had to pre-order for in game bonus items but not the Emporium. Buying the game 'new' will give you the emporium. Just like the CN in ME2.

I preordered back in November for Dragon Age 2 as well still haven't got the sword and shield and majority of my items upside still got all the demo unlocks and liking on Facebook and Blood Dragon Armor. It might be buggy for most ppl still =/

Im assuiming that you are not using the whole UPC #...You have to include all numbers including those small numbers in each corner of the bar code. There should be a total of twelve numbers.

I originally pre-purchased the game through the EA Games store. Hundreds of similar stories, too many variations on this theme. Had the same problem after jumping through hoops to "earn" all of the perks. Activated everything as instructed, end result, received two of ten items. Only got the Black Emporium, Lothering's Lament, and The Far Cliffs of Kirkwall.
Really hesitant to implement the fix that their customer support suggests. Doing so will delete saved games in console and restore defaults (which I haven't monkeyed around with anyway). My fear is that I will then lose the stuff I did receive, plus Black Emporium and Exiled Prince.

Check your "Player Entitlements" page. Whatever is listed there you will be able to re-download after doing a re-install.

I would like to know if i should have a redemtion code for the Black Emporium, i bought my copy of DA2 29/03/11 brand new from "Game" store. All i have in the box is the main manual, i have no code for the black emporium. I've registered the game and received the other items but cannot get the emporium.
The content is available on the playstation store for £8.00 but i was under the impression by the box i should be getting this free?
Can someone tell me if i should have a code or not, if not then i'll just buy it.

My signature edition for the PC copy had the code in it, and I punched it into the game, and got only the shield and fadeshear. I'm currently in the deep roads for the game. does that mean that the other stuff (black emp., malbari, prince, etc) shows up after? or did i just get ripped off?
