Dear friends a cursory read through just about any forum or thread here will quickly reveal that there are any number of variations on this particular theme. Bottom line is, lots - and I do mean lots - of customers have gotten burned on the earned freebies & perks for DA2.
The lack of clearly consistent, specific and concrete information to address this serious issue in a direct public manner from the game designer/publisher is frustrating to say the least. Dozens of forum threads, and hundreds (thousands/?) of similar complaints certainly merit a timely explanation.

After thorough research on their website, I found out that you have to physically go onto your Bioware Social account and physically download it from there. IT DOESN'T AUTOMATICALLY APPEAR ON YOUR GAME!
Underneath your account picture (mines is the guy with red eyes), mouse over the tab that says "profile" and go to "Your registered game content".
For all of you that didn't find the rest of your downloadable content, do this. It solved my problem.

I wonder why there isn't a way to give our mabari a paintjob, so it could look, for instance, like the mabari featured in the Black Emporium promotional images?

Too bad you don't have the PC version. There's a mod that makes the dog look like a Rott. Modders allow the game to be better in so many ways.

you can buy it from xbox live or psn. for pc, if i'm not mistaken you buy it here.
which this gives some good starting items, and fadeshear best 1 handed sword in game where it levels with you.

how come i havent been given the epic achievement on the game for competing it twice when ive done it on all 3 classess u can be on the game rogue warrior and mage all at post-campaign

If my PC was powerful enough I'd buy it on it for sure! I've seen many of the mods for origins before DA 2 came out. Bugger.

I don't think this is the place to ask for this kind of support, but in short, it's a borked achievement.
