Great Article. Brief, and it didn't go over anything all that new, but it did do a nice job of clarifying a few small points and, coupled with that, we have some trully beautiful screen-shots (yes, they do seem cleaned up just a bit, but I would be willing to wager not all that much; as such, DA2 is without question looking make up in spades for the...browness of DAO) and a very nice glimpse of F!Hawke who looks quite striking. Glad to see that the female players, or the males who prefer playing females, will have a nice template to work with whether they choose to go with the default or make some alterations.
One element of the article I enjoyed immensely was the closer glimpse at the talent tree for Mages. As someone who plans to play said class exclusively (*sniff* Sorry Bethany) the complete list of spells, specilizations, and sections of the respective trees was a thrill. It seems like BioWare is adding some great build options and, despite making Mages just a tad less God like (mixed feeling about that one) they sure as heck are not skimping on the various routes you can take your Spell-Caster. Fantastic.
Lastly, as others have pointed out, the new Map looks simply brilliant. The points of interest and even the pure artistic take on it really sets it apart from DAO. Though we only saw the Kirkwall map, the Open World map should be just as outstanding. Alltogether, today has proven to be a treassure trove of positive information. Well, I'm sure there are some who are stil underwhelmed, but it's nice to see more positive responses then negative.
