I remember, in high-school, on a biology class, while listening to my teacher explain how joints allow only certain movement and prevent things like bending fingers too far backwards, I seemingly absent-mindedly leaned my chin on my index finger, bending it back so that the tip of it touched the back of my hand. The teacher looked slightly disturbed by the sight.

Thanks to all the metal holding me together I can make a host of interesting clicking and cracking noises just by wiggling my fingers or raising my leg. Especially in bad weather.

Same here.  Double-jointedness is also a useful attribute for causing creative annoyance, I find.

Im double jointed in my fingers. I can bend them all the way back to touch the back of my hand with no pain

I can bend just the last joint of my fingers (fingertip) at almost a right angle to the rest of my finger while keeping the rest of the finger straight. Never got me anywhere though.

I have a really great memory when it comes to anything involving US history. i'm able to pull out random facts about pretty much anything US history related. Anything history related gets stuck in my head for some reason and history is useless. Atleast Imo it is.

This. I can watch a movie once and remember a good portion of the lines, but I can read my Bio notes dozens of times and barely remember what was in them. (Why is it so easy to remember useless crap but not important stuff?)

My eyes make nasty squelching noises when I prod them.  It seems to put people off their food for some reason.

Er, obviously I'm not actually poking my eyes out and stuff, I hasten to add.  Or maybe it's not that obvious; I dunno.
