I'll try various random names but I will make two mage hawkes resemble Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. Even their names will be my Hawke's first name.

For my first Lady Hawke, a warrior, I think I have it narrowed down to either Joannah or Susannah. The mage will probably be Abigail, or possibly Dinah. I'm leaning toward Lucas for my first male Hawke.

I have a few names that I always use (especially in mmos and such) when I'm creating my characters; Lirea, Nirina, Morrioghan. I used Morrioghan for my first go at DA:O and when we met Morrigan I thought for a moment the game was so advanced the NPCs could say my name ...



Anyway my personal "canon" Warden was Lirea and my femHawke shall be Nirina in every playthrough. If I get round to playing maleHawke I'll probably stick with the default though, I rather like Garret.

First m!Hawke will be Declan, first f!Hawke will be Armela. I have others down for other Hawkes (different ones for each Warden origin), but the names aren't set in stone. I'm pretty partial to Celtic/Gaelic/Breton names for Hawke, regardless. They feel the most "Ferelden" to me, I guess.

1st:  Kitty Hawke (short for Katherine), female.  I want her to be a warrior but I also want Carver... so I don't know.  The name started out as a joke in my head (Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, anyone?) but now it's stuck there pretty firmly.  I have this crazy hope that we'll end up with a male human companion named Wright... that would be hilariously perfect.  

2nd: Evan Hawke, female mage.  It comes from "Ebon Hawk" (tee hee) but less emo-sounding.

For subsequent playthroughs, I have these names ready: Gemma, Briar, Vivian.
