 I do this.

I don't do a lot of playthroughs, and only have two characters in ME2 so far. I'm still playing ME1 with the third. 

The two that I've completed are both ManSheps, the newest one being my first FemShep.

First Shepard:
Spacer
Sole Survivor
Soldier
Paragon
Romanced Ashley
This Shep wears the typical work clothes, similar to those in ME1, just the t-shirt. This is fitting in with his long running background in and around the Alliance. He's a paragon, but more military minded. 

Second Shepard:
Colonist
War Hero
Adept
Romanced Ashley, but she was not the Virmire survivor. Romanced Jack in ME2.
Wears the more loose-fitting longsleeve shirt. This going along with the fact that he is more laid back in style (and of course a nod to the Jedi from Star Wars) but strictly paragon in his decision making.

Third Shepard:
Earthborn
Ruthless
Engineer
No romance yet. Going to leave Kaidan on Virmire, when the mission comes up.
As I said, I haven't gotten to ME2 with this one yet. But when I do, I'm still not sure what to go with. I haven't seen the FemShep outfits. I should point out that this Shep is basically an atoner. Paragon now, but with the two more Renegade-friendly origin options.

Yeah, the majority of my sheps are based off of other video game chars, for example, my vanguard is based off of Estelle from Tales of Vesperia. Super paragon and nice to everyone ect. Armor-wise, I color it pink and white since the character's default costume is also pink and white.

Also have Mallory shep, based off of Mallory from the Mighty Ducks cartoon, purple armor with white shoulders.

Geordi shep, engineer, has visors. Yellow on top, black everywhere else, at least, as much as I could.

There's more, but yeah, yall get the point.
