Besides what has been seen on the Xbox Live Marketplace, can anyone give us a clear distinction on the Warrior Armor, Mage Armor, and Rouge Armor.  Warrior and Mage Look the same so it is hard to tell the difference

All in-game trailers have Hawke wearing the mage robes as warrior armors were not ready fo presentation. You can see warrior and rogue armor here- dragonage.bioware.com/da2/addon/ on XBoX avatars.

Like the ones that is seen on XBoX avatars.  Soo all armor that we seen on Howke so far-were mage robes.

 Have a look at this image (although a bit fuzzy) which shows the different classes. From left to right - Mage, Warrior, Rogue.

But the look have changed manny times during this last year so we can't be sure that this is how he will look in the final game. The Rogue, for one, I think is old. The real one is supose to be more red.

Here is one with all 3, but Rogue looks different. I don't know wich is the newest:

This is the canonical rogue outfit as it match  the XBoX one.  The one that is like Duncan`s was a placeholder generic DA2 light armor used before the unique one was created.

Damn, the Mage armor looks amazing! Warrior and Rogue looks OK but not as cool...

Too bad we prolly will only get them close to the end of the game :-/ That's why im worried about playing mage, having to wear nasty clothes all the way until the end.



Where as if you're a warrior, you got some more cool outfits up until that point atleast

Is that confirmed? I always assumed that these armors were the starting outfits. Wasn't Hawke wearing the mage armor in the screenshots ofthe starting level?

Maybe they will have some cross-class armor for all the types. Maybe a set of armor for each type and special armor that any type can use. But I don't know how they are doing it though. Is it based on strength or class or both?

That's my hope as well...is that you get the BEST armor and weapons...for whatever class you are through those quests... although i have said before that depending on what's being sold at the emporium...the 'best' or 'epic' gear in this game is gonna be very subjective...considering how that place is supposed to upgrade as you advance through plot...

im stuck between a mage and a warrior...i want to do special melee attacks like a warrior.....but want to be able to use the staff of parthalan and use some melee attacks and magic..i cant decide

I got the same problem.

i mean....if u r a mage and have the staff of parthalan, u can do melee attacks, but not as good as a warrior's melee attacks, but the armor looks a bit cooler for mages? wat would u guys pick: mage or warrior?
