Sha'ira work the first time on my first character but not on any of the other that follow and for Sirta, I heard people saying that the radio in ME1 will say the scientist got killed even if you saved them all during the firefight, because when the marines comes to rescue them the scientist attack and marines were forced to open fire.

I never did see a definite confirmation about Sha'ira being bugged, though from the posts I've read it certainly sounds like she may be. Then again, perhaps it was simply written that she decides to pack up, whether or not you cleared her name. No patch notes have mentioned her. (Indeed, I don't think anything regarding the import process has been changed in the ME2 patches, and ME1's last patch was some time before ME2.)
I'd never heard of Helena Blake, Parasini, or Toombs being bugged? All three worked for me in both of my playthroughs so far (showing up if they should have, but they were not there when they weren't supposed to be).

Uh, Conrad did not work properly since he automatically assumes that you shoved a gun into his face regardless of you charming or intimidating him. Didymios even found audio files confirming this. The "Besieged Base" mission *IS* bugged since there were hidden files mentioning "minimum casualties."

Sha'ira is *DEFINITELY* bugged. Didymios's file-digging showed that Sha'ira had a special news report about predicting the next race that is likely to join the Council if her name was cleared.

Ah, I see. Throw that in with Sirta as a subquest-buzzkill unlikely to ever be fixed, then. (I wonder if it's bugged in ME1 or in ME2?)

I believe it is in ME1. I did the Sirta quest and then I went to the Citadel to get new armor, I rode an elevator and the news report stated that it was a massacre....only problem is none of the hostages died
EDIT: Kloreep already figured it out. Disregard this post.
