I am wondering what is the constant of the pointing animation that is available in the conversation menu.

I don't think there is one within the globals constant. At least nothing that I could see. In the nwn2.animstan.2da, it's in row 85. You would use PlayCustomAnimation function to use that rather than ActionPlayAnimation or PlayAnimation. And you would use "point" for the sAnimationName part of that function.
