You should have asked a moderator to move it to a correct forum, especially when not only is it in the ME-2 Tech Forum, it's the first of three about the same thing, when your limit is just one per subject.
Next, this is not any kind of official support anything. There is no time limit within which we other game players may or may not respond, so repeating the same thing and complaining about how long it takes to get an answer is just going to discourage anyone from paying attention.
