Men also have more drive to win , because of testostorone , to make them more equal women would have to take steroids. And even after taking steroids women would still have the disadvantage of having wider hips , smaller ribcage and smaller heart and lungs for body size.

Because males on average are stronger and faster then females due to testosterone. Testosterone is a steroid hormone and Males produce about ten times more testosterone than females. (females are more sensitive to the hormone.)
