Ok for over 6 monthes I have had this problem. So I will give a little bit of info in hopes that maybe someone can help me.

I run win7 64 bit OS
Nvidia graphics card
 So everything is fine on that end. My old system died and I no longer have the character Elissa it was listing. So I read through the FAQ's checked that all out. I read the stickies... tried the remaking of a character, etc etc etc.  I have cleared out any screenshots that I have , Cleared out any unnecissary characters, read the stickies , tried what they suggested. Yet I still sit at

I have looked thru every folder in my game , and online and cannot find where I have 82 files. It baffles me . After deleting all my online profiles the first time out. It took me 3 monthes to get the current Avi I have now. Any help would be appriciated .
