I had a Cerberus Network account which I bought pretty much all the DLC on except Shadowbroker and Overlord. Then when I changed internet services my e-mail changed and I couldn't recive updates from the site anymore. And...well I was noobish and didn't know how to change my account info s I made a new account with a my current E-mail. I could still use the DLC in-game and I was fine. But then I decided it was time to get Shadowbroker and I bought it....on my new account. Now I can only access it on a that Bioware account and I can't play any of my saves because I played it with the old account and it thinks the DLC I have downloaded is stolen (Am I making this coherent?)

On top of that I recently had to get in contact with tech support because I bought some points and they weren't showing up. and I have a sneaking suspicion they deleated my old account because I can't access it in-game.

I know it's a lot to take in but does anyone have any ideas?

You will need to get EA live support to transfer your entitlements from your old EA account to your new EA account.

Hi, it's been a while but it seems I've got a similar problem. What did you learn on the subject, Murph09?

The thread is a year old, so it's time now for you to go to EA Help. Murph is long gone.
