Hello everyone...I'm sure this has been asked before, but  I wanted to try and ask again.

I recently got into making my own armor and stuff in the toolset and wanted to try out editing the Black Templar Armor made by Kayzie. The user gave his database in the downloadable files, but now I'm confused about what to do with it.

How do I get those items into the toolset? Is it a matter of inserting that database into it by hand somehow? 

I know there's tutorials. I've tried to go through them, but I can't seem to find the information I'm looking for. If anyone knows what I should do or if anyone can give me a tip in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it!

Heck, I'd even go just for figuring out how I can give my player character the regular templar armor. It's currently locked to NPC Only...
