I tried to buy Bioware points but my account says I still have 0 points. Under manage accounts it shows the points as still pending even though Paypal is showing that the transaction went through.Is this normal?
I tried loggin out/in even rebooted and still the same after an hour.
Points are not in my account even though I paid

Yeah same thing just happened to me. Paypal sent the receipt, but I do not have my 800 or 1600 points I purchased from the EA Store.

I have the same thing happening to me. I paid but no points and status still pending. I don't now what is going on over there but websites are not shown correctly, they take your money but don' come up with the goods. Is there a link where you can ask about the points not been given?

Same here, bought 2400 points (as 800 + 1600). Paypal says it's confirmed but only 800 have come through.
