I'm sure this is all tongue and cheek. But you can basically make Shepard say he believes in a higher power. So yeah, at  this juncture in time Shepard could already have found Jesus.

Btw Bioware, in all seriousness, thanks  for allowing me the option to make Shepard say that.

He's in Dragon Age in the back of Denerim. You need to tell him to meet you on the Normandy and then load in ME2 and he'll be there.
