I'm thinking of starting out as a rogue (what I usually play) on my first go and get a feel for the story and difficulty. Then I'll make a monster of a mage. He shall be my canon character and I'll plan his every step before it happens. xD

Instead of the best class I think the worst class is warrior. So there. (Can't choose otherwise.)

I'll be going for force mage and blood mage. Can't beat magic. With that said I will be playing all the classes mulitiple times.

Objectively speaking, Archer Rogue > DW Rogue > Mage > 2H Warrior >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Sword and Board Warrior.

I would say mages are tied with dw rogues atm for my first place.

 Mage is pretty awesome now. And Rogue is actually unique and matters. Warrior also manages to hold its own.

I don't know yet.....I always start with warrior since I like close combat.....not much a fan of ranged attacks but the mage is always cool in DA.

I have played the demo 4 times in each class and for me its still a tough choice. With the moves animations and different dialog choices for each class being so unique, they were all equally fun to play. Might decide on rogue first time through though - the archery skill seems to be pretty bad-ass

I think the Mage is my favourite, but all of the classes have gone from being slow, boring and frustratingly repetitive to a more faster paced, unique and visually interesting level all with their own different style. Mages no longer just point the staff and shoot little balls of light and Warriors and Rogues no longer have almost identical movesets (sorry, but the combat system was one of the very few things I didn't like about Origins).  I personally think it's great!
