At lest 20 hours for one playthrough would be cool for me and have at least 4 dics for the xbox 360

I'd expect around 30-35 hours for the main storyline missions, with another 15 or so hours of side-missions and assignments.

Also, since ME3 is including the Galaxy at War component, personally I am probably gonna spend a lot of time on other platforms and in multiplayer working on that.

Overall, I'd be really happy with about 50 hours for single-player overall, with about 20 hours of multiplayer enjoyment. Of course, with a game like Mass Effect, the longer the better haha! I mean I've already put 100 hours into Oblivion and I could easily put another 200 hours in - I just got kinda bored so I had to put it down for a while.
