I agree with a previous poster that ME3 will have an import character feature but for PS3 it will be decisions made from ME2 and PC/Xbox it will be from ME1 and ME2.



Also, how many people out there have multiple consoles or PC? I have friends and family that have both PS3 and Xbox so they can play the games that are exclusive to one console of the other.

Well...good thing I won't be on the ME forums when ME2 does come out for the PS3.I'll be in the DA2 forums getting ready for it's release.Still,it's disappointing to see that there will be console wars no matter what.I blame this on Microsoft!

What I find interesting is that they will be using the new engine on the PS3, so the game may look considerably better. I look forward to screenies.

the thing that annoys me is that I can't even post in all the forums because I don't have a "registered" game yet. Well crap, I pre-ordered it. Gotta wait till next week to have the privilege to post, though.



I'm most curious about using the face-modding stuff on PS3, and if anyone is thinking about that yet. That's a cool thread

By that logic they already make X versions of ME 2 by virtue of the content people miss out on if they had no ME 2 import when playing it. ME 3 should be no different. IF you played ME 1 your choices will reflected, if you got the comic those choices will be reflected, if you didn't play either then whatever BioWare makes the default choices will be reflected. 

Seems like mountain out of a mole hill stuff to me. 

The problem stands still... they not only omitted sidequests (which is understandable) but left out parts of the main plot either so they won't have any impact on ME3...

you know if they're going out of their way to retcon Mass Effect 1 from mattering anymore, they might as well retcon Mass Effect 2 from mattering as well, it's our only hope...

Are we really gonna argue with people just because they use a different console? For crying out loud, they're fans of the game, and there's enough arguing between people who loved and hated ME2. Now you want to argue with other fans of the game? Grow up people, the most annoying people on this forum are the people who DON'T LIKE THE GAME. Don't bash people who like the game on a different console. Keep an open mind about what they have to say, because it's an entirely different experience from what any of us had (well not totally, I played ME2 first, but I was able to get ME1 right after).

No they are not they are the worst kind. Most ps3 owners are good people but the fanboys ( a small minority , which might flood the forum) are the worst , when FFXIII was anounced to be on xbox 360 , they made  a online petition WTF , I never saw one such petition for ME2 , also I have seen xbox and PC fanboys concede defeat when they must , but ps3 fans never do , they always cling on , like a disease that never goes away. Now I am only talking about a small amount of people here , I'm sorry if I have offended anybody , I just know there is going to be threads " HA in your face Xbox and PC owners we get a better game then blabla bla ps3 better stupid xbox , pc elitist nubs". It is also a well known fact that ps3 fanboys are the worst just google it , not saying xbox fanboys are good though because they can still be pretty bad.

Then I guess we see 2 different sorts.Why? Because what you mentioned for PS3 fanboys is the same as every other console/video game fanboy.You can google which fanboys are worst and they'll agree with what you typed.There's also a difference between FF and ME.FF had more releases exclusive(not really..) for Sony consoles while ME was only one game.They wouldn't get pissed for just one game over...2...4 FF games.PS3 owners use the graphics,the others used the first ME for their fanboism.Which one is worst is different depending on who you talk/type to about it.What I see is that they're all the same which gets irritating to see.
