Also no. If you are going to call Bioware things like homophobic and gay haters then you better have irrefutable proof that they have said it.

Then yes, they force you to be right handed too, to be tall and muscled and with no fat belly, to be human and young.... DAMN, I want to choose to be a short, fat old Volus!!! X)))
I'm talking about a M/M option, of course its okay for a F/F because straight guys can like that right?
This is absurd... the original ME1 had no same-sex romance options (Liara / femshep debatable) ... why would they re-write a major character like Kaidan to suddenly be homosexual just because the PS3 version comes out?
Your complaint is beyond absurd.

So much work all gone to waste because of Bioware's gay hate. There is also an interview where someone from Bioware goes on about how he hates gay people and why they are against Shepard being gay but I cant be bothered finding it.
Haha what
You seriously just can't post something like this without evidence to back it up!
He's a troll, that video is fake though, its a mod that people use for the pc, though I demand evidence if there is an interview!

Kaiden WAS originally going to be the homosexual/bi option, so it's not a re-write at all, and therefore you lose, good day sir!

BioWare has apparently made a choice in the matter since ME1, there's no reason why they should spend time and energy retconning and patching old games just to include more romance options.

Kaiden is whatever Bioware say he is in the final product. Cut content might as well be considered non-existent. What makes you more correct in the matter than Bioware? That's being kind of arrogant in my book.

If the heads of Bioware were really that homophobic, they would have demanded the lines be removed from the game so no one knew it were possible.

How do you know Kaidan wants a homosexual relationship? Maybe he's a raging heterosexual...
A dev from Bioware stated he was going to be the Bi/Gay romance option but they cut it do to time constraints. I doubt he is a raging heterosexaul.

Once again we see another example of Bioware forcing romance on people, oh sure it gives you the right to choose not to, but it sure forces its heterosexual views on people who might have other opinions, actually this comic was a perfect way to include the homosexaul romance option. Looks like intel dropped the ball....again...
It would be nice if bioware listened to their fans for once, seeing as there is an almost 150 page thread on the subject of M/M romance.
Brainless troll. I've just seen the comic and you have two possbilities. Romance Liara/Ash or be single ! In the future make sure you understand anything before you come in trolling and making people hate everything.

Ever thought about the fact that nobody on the Normandy might be homosexual? In other words, you being the only gay? If that were so, you CAN'T force the others to be gay as well. Spoiler: That's how it works in real life as well.
If you like relationships so much, go play Second Life or the Sims. The game is about Shepard shooting aliens, not how many people he/she can bang.

I'm not a troll, maybe you need to go through the whole thread, re-read it, watch the video again. Don't insult my intelligence. The comic clearly depicts shepard as a heterosexaul horn dog drooling over the Asari, his reaction should have been neutral. Or be single was no real option because if you actaully played the game you would know to get at that point you would have had to be romancing both of them, which would clearly depict shepard being heterosexual, it should have been neutral. Therefore shepard would have been interested in them, and by saying the mission is too important just meant that the mission was too important...but when its over then we can talk.

I actually find myself agreeing with this, from what I've seen of the comic, it didn't really introduce the romances in a good way.

The dialogue and animations exist, no question. What no one seems to be able to agree on is whether they ever intended same-sex romance in the first place.

The fact that it was cut though makes the existing version canon, no matter opinions on it.

Thats right, but they could have fixed it and added it with out much problems, even for the 360/PC since the animations were there, though they might have had to brought in the voice actors so that could be why they didn't do it.

The fact is they might not ee it as something broken, things get cut in development for many reasons, and we can't know the real ones here (and as others ahve said, it's not somethign thatwould be put into a comic that is just a recap).

Eh, the comic doesn't introduce anything in a good way, as far as I'm concerned.
For those that haven't seen it, check out the following thread which has the comic on YouTube(and also a more general discussion on the comic): social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/105/index/5736818 (ME1 Spoilers)
