I have mass effect 2 the collectors edition, and I'm trying to register it as one of my games, the code on the hard case is invalid, so I'm just wondering if it may be the wrong one. Can anyone give me any help here?

Strictly I don't think any of us fans can really do much about codes and stuff, they are very much things that need to be sorted out through official channels if the issue is more complicated than the following:
(1) Did you get the game new? (If not there is the possibility that the previous owner had already registered it.)
(2) Have you typed in the code correctly? (It never hurts to check.)
(3) Did you type the correct one in? (Above or below the barcode?)

Yeah I got the game new, as soon as it came out, Mass Effect is awesome, I just never registered it, the collectors edition doesn't have a barcode on it, so now I don't know what to do :L

Barely know what the Collector's Edition looks like, but is there a DVD case like the normal editions? If so maybe on that.
