I want that two NPC fight against each other, during the PC can watch them. I try it with SetGroupHostility, but with that they make only one hit, then they stand again peacefully side by side. Both are neutral and combatant. and immortal (because they should not die in this fight.)

In the toolset_groups 2DA, define two new group numbers.
On the creature templates, change _Neutral to one of the opposing groups. Pass the group numbers to SetGroupHostility.
Setting the creatures to Plot prevents injury, thereby ensuring that combat continues until you tell them to stop.

For me worked this code:
SetGroupId(oNPC1, 600); SetGroupId(oNPC2, 601); SetGroupHostility(600, 601, TRUE); UT_CombatStart(oNPC1, oNPC2, TRUE);
