Helllo I have the collectors edition , italian version and there are sheets for codes for the mass effect 2 armor , the shale creature and 3 items , but there is not the code to unlock the new quest as is written on the coonfection and as states a friend of mine that has the same collector edition , what shooul dI do?

Are you saying you have the sheets but there no code printed on them?

I have all the sheets with the codes but one sheet is missing , the one for the quest with the castle or soomething , I have alll the other content and I am redeeming it already but I just discovered that this sheet is not inthe package... how shoul dI do to get it ?

Warden's Keep is free for Digital Deluxe Edition only. Owners of hard copy of the game must buy this DLC

The warden keep you have to buy it,only the people who bought it digitally download gets the wardens keep for free.

no its written on my "deluxe " boxed version that I shoul dget it iinside the bx as welll a friend of mine has the same deluxe and the sheet is inside ... so how I do to get it ?

Italian version,hmm don't know about thier offers.

The only thing to do is go back to the store where you bought it.

There're no boxed versions of Dragon Age Origins with Warden's Keep included

yes same store but I already unlocked alll the rest ... how I can contact support? its a mess .... I want my warden keep free siince I payed for it and it shoould have been in the pack like my friend has it ....

Are you sure the game you have says deluxe or collectors edition?

Whats the name of the store you got it from and is there a website?

There's no boxed version of Deluxe Edition

That link for the Collector's Edition DVD Contents is actually for the North American release. The version released in the UK (and possibly other European countries) does NOT include a cloth map nor does it come in a tin case. So, the UK / European Collector's Edition DVD Contents are:

- Standard plastic DVD case inside a cardboard slip case
- 3 exclusive in-game items: Bergens Honor, Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes, and Final Reason
- The Stone Prisoner unlockable bonus quest and unlockable character, Shale
- Blood Dragon Armor for both Dragon Age: Origins and the upcoming Mass Effect 2
- Bonus DVD containg: Making-of featurette; Concept art montage; Game soundtrack; Exclusive wallpapers; And more!

I've not been able to find any info regarding any changes for the Italian release, so that should be all that's included. Maybe the Italian release included Warden's Keep as a replacement for the cloth map?

Did some searches and didn't find any info about deluxe or collectors edition with warden keep in the package only digital deluxe comes with it.



Just saw some videos of the Europeans CE and a Asia wooden CE box with Tshirt noothing about wardens keep.

The Swedish (European) release of game came in tin box and included the cloth map!

Bergen's Honor, Final Reason, Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes, Memory Band, Guild Masters Belt , Blood Dragon Armor, Stone Prisoner (Shale).

So the content might vary from country to country.
