Indeed. Firefox reports the certificate to be outdated/invalid.

Same thing for me. Want to add points to pick up Shadowbroker but iffy without any information about the expired certification.

Yeah. Also, I've been trying for 2 days and I still can't buy bioware points? Do they sell those little cards in the store, where you can redeem them like they do with psn/xbox live?

Shows up as expired for me as well. Don't feel comfortable adding in an exception for a site which requires credit card details.

You'd think there would be more interest in the fact that something is preventing people from giving them money.
Ah well, Saves me $10, since I can't imagine I'll ever get around to trying again.

If you are desperate for a work around though (well, I had just played ME1 and ME2 one after the other so was hungry for more :P) this method suggested by ButterflyEffect in the post "Mass Effect DLC bug" seems to do the trick. Separatley managed to get Shadow Broker and Arrival without issue -

"in future, for those of you who may not know this, becasue i only just figured this out, DONT purchase bioware points through the dragon age website. in other words, dont click on your profile and select the 'add bioware points' option. just go on you DLC page, select what you want to buy and then select add opints option. it works fine and heres no errors

*just* in case you guys didnt know that.....im guessing you all do now anyway."

So Just click on 'Games' above, select ME2 and then DLC, then just try and buy the one you want and when it tells you don't have enough points and gives you the option to buy, buy through that.

That's what I did and got the error.

I tried all that but I still get the message about the website certificate.
IE9 won't let me use the website untill the problem is fixed.

No clue from my side then :s That method had worked fine for me. Tried it again now and lets me get to the place your order page without issue. Clicking on 'My profile' and 'add bioware points' still gives me the secruity certificate issue.

Wierd :s As ppl have said, you would think Bioware/EA would be concerned that people aren't able to give them money.

I just purchased points and Genesis fine, but when I went back to buy the DA2 Item pack it gave the bad cert and wouldn't let me continue.

Same problem here. Easy enough to make an exception but I have a rule not to trust expired certs for credit card transactions.

Same here. Also wanting to download DA2 DLC. It's stupid really because if one were inclined some of the DA2 DLc can be found 'elsewhere' online for free - though that could also be risky.

Same here, been trying for a couple days to buy points and this Error. Does Bioware want people to buy their products anymore? You'd think something like a E-Commerce store they'd get to fixing.

They do this same thing repeatedly.  It's not a new thing, but when it is over the weekend, you can expect it will take them until Tuesday to fix it (although I see in this particular thread that it began for some of you a week ago).  I think most of the Bioware staff takes Mondays off, as well as Saturday and Sunday.

This is utterly ridiculous. Obviously, Bioware considers this store a complete joke. It is, however, nice to see that there are several people floating around here who know better than to trust invalid certs.

Well that's discouraging.
You'd think they'd start marking their calendars with a frowny face or something.
