Is bioware even trying? They obviously dont want people to buy their games anymore, and now they dont seem to want people to buy their DLC?
TOR seems like its all bioware cares about anymore.

DO NOT FORGET There is no official support for anything on the Scial Forums, and only such official support on EA as they care to accept from one day to the next. This is Gamer to Gamer in here.IgnisInCaelum wrote...
This is utterly ridiculous. Obviously, Bioware considers this store a complete joke. It is, however, nice to see that there are several people floating around here who know better than to trust invalid certs.
When I said that many Biowarians took Mondays off, I was being facetious, actually. What I think it is instead is that a large proprtion are nursing horrible hangovers and can't do any useful work on Mondays, whether they are there in the office or not.
For all I know, EA is equally upset with them. All support goes through there, and they get the flack when stupidity strikes again, such as this foolishness. Have any messengers in this thread called it in for EA to hear about?

This seems to be an ongoing problem with the points program and it it is just as overlooked by EA now as it was when first reported. It is strange that a multimillion dollar company would alienate its customers with shoddy support practices.I hate jumping through hoops just to buy something with a valid payment option only to find that the payment system is screwed up. Does anybody at Bioware know there is a problem or do the not care? How difficult can it be to fix this? Maybe my money should go somewhere else.

Its crap like this that make people want to download DLC from unauthorized sources. Bioware is the ONLY legitimate place PC Gamers can get DLC and we up to put up with poor support.

It might not be 100% Bioware's fault, but geotrust being slow at signing the new one.
And with a 3 year long certificate, it's very easy for admin to forget it's due until it's already expired. Big banks have people just to track such data of certificate and key expiration dates.

Maybe it is EA that handles the certificates and not Bioware?
