I buy Mass Effect 2 maybe 6 months ago and redeem the Cerebus Code for the Cerebus network but now when i want to connect to the cerebus network it dont connect anymore and go to a redemm or buy a Cerebus Acess page can somebody help me please ?

Did you surely use the same account then, as you use now for the forums here and for logging in from in-game? Try disabling the auto-login options in EXTRAS > OPTIONS > ONLINE and log in manually. If that doesn't help: contact EA support, explain and provide a proof of purchase.

i had this problem too, check your firewall blocked applications. it very well could be that, it was in my case.
