Is Dragon Age going to do that stupid thing where girl characters are ALWAYS dressed skimpily?

The scarf is to help with the splinters as you said she might have from sitting of course.Ryzaki wrote...
Frankly I think it just look riduclous. Nothing to do with "puritan" views or needing more armor. And I also wonder how comfortable she'd be sitting on something wooden that could potentially give her a splinter but regardless.
And how is that outfit a short skirt?
And I am unaware of what a tunic dress is. It simply looks like she's wearing a long shirt with a slit near the thigh with a scarf tied around her waist.
(For someone supposedly so open why the necessity of the scarf? )

But...it was. Well I can't speak for everyone there, but it was for me. I actually found the outfit a little off-putting. Not in the sense that I was offended by it or anything, but rather that it (and the rest of her appearance) gave off way more of a badass vibe than a sexy vibe. Which, of course, is totally in keeping with Jack's personality. Miranda was infinitely more seductively dressed while showing way less skin.rabidhanar wrote...
I can see her ankle...I am now scarred for life.
Seriously people, why does it matter how this one individual decides to dress. Unless you are going to pursue a romance with her similar to how many people chose to romance Jack (I know that the reason is totally because of her personality *sarcasm)

It's a very pretty tunic dress and props to her for being brave enough to wear it. With boots like those, who needs pants?
Indeed, they're wonderful... the only problem I have with them is they probably take an hour or so to get on.

That's why, differently from her pants, she never take them off.

Really though making the assumption that everyone who finds it eh is because some sort of realism/puritian remark is just off to me. I mean just shallow and shortsighted. It's like choosing the easiest target to go "haha" at to belittle their opinion even if the person you quoted didn't mean it in that context.
I said that this seems to be the basis for every comment I've seen. You can get yourself up in a huff if it suits you -- I suppose if someone wants to take a "well I just don't like it!" stance without any other basis, they're certainly free to. Congratulations on having an opinion?
And, yes, it is a tunic dress. Try googling it if you don't know what that is.

And you're doing it again.
Though thank you for the congratulations. Yay.
Edit: On tunic dresses. I see it somewhat better yes.
So I assume Isabela made the slit herself? It does seem like her.

It means some poor player will be exposed to the horror of female thighs, hips, and possibly ass.
My issue with Miranda was not that she wore a skin tight catsuit, but that wearing a skin tight catsuit was horribly out of character. Is showing some skin in character for Isabela? Probably.
