In battle?

Scots...

Wrong!

Scottish Highland Kilt Battledress is a myth created by the English and Anglophone Scottish ruling classes.

Sorry. lol.

If ninjas found themselves in a fair fight, something went terribly wrong.

A wide-brimmed hat? Yes, that is too much to ask for. Posted Image

But they're so stylish and useful for catching blades in the fabric!
Ah bummer.

Ever heard of Lorica Segmentata?
Besides, metallurgy during the ancient age in the mediterranean didn't allow for plate fabrication. It did allow for boiled leather and shields, both of which were used extensively.

Hope you're joking. Spartans soldier wore a type of armour. Maybe a light type, but still an armour. As the Romans.

There's documented evidence of a Scottish division wearing kilts into battle as recently as WWII in the battle of Dunkirk. There is one hell of a lot of other evidence accumulated over the centuries as well.

That is a futile argument since there supposedly already is artificial rules like duelist are unable to use bows. RL have nothing to do with this fantasy game and therefore it is futile to bring RL arguments on the table.

(I don't even though know for what you argued but just in case you argued no moar sideboobs I had to make that note.)

Edit: Do you want to see what this game is all about?

Because one person = Everyone? Wow, you make a great point! No wonder the devs take your hysteric exaggerated complaints with a grain of salt.

You didn't actually read that chain of conversation, did you?

The one that went:

- Wow, you guys don't like the skimpy clothes! I hope you don't look outside and see mini-dresses

- These women in mini-dresses don't go into battle

- They didn't all wear plate armor

- So...you're saying they did wear mini-dresses.

I was not claiming that every woman in this game wears mini-dresses and high heels. I'm saying that it's a) not proper battle wear (but, honestly, I just wish she'd put on hot pants; I don't particularly care about the armor level), B) people didn't go into battle in mini-dresses and high heels.

So, smarty pants, it's cool that you speak with the devs, though. And they tell you how they feel about forumites.

No high heels, my friend, no high heels.

Nor slit that goes up to their thigh.

Nor "skirt" that ends just beneath their ass.

It doesn't really matter what you say regarding RL because at least I haven't ever seen people casting fireballs and what not in RL.

I agree it's like saying well you can't cast a fireball so teleporation, coming back form the dead and walking in the middle of the air should all be green lights!

And hell everyone should be bi. :P

What might be the reason why they don't have a skirt what ends just beneath their ass? Ok, I can tell it to you, even though it would had been very amusing to see what you answer. Those Roman soldiers in the picture were told "you wear this or I bash your head hard". Now, can you see what is the difference between them and a group of independent adventurers in fantasy game?

With everyone else spewing random nonsense in this thread for the last 5 pages I figured it was time to chime in.

Stop being serious. I wasn't serious.
