Hello I'm coming on here for help because EA support has not been
able to resolve my problems. It started in November when I went to replay Mass
Effect 2 and discovered that I couldn’t log into my EA Online account to access
my dlc. I proceeded to go to the Bioware Social site to make sure that i wasn’t
entering the wrong password were I found that it was. I click on the link to
recover my password which brought me to the EA Online account password retrieval
page, it was here that I discovered that my account had been deleted because it
kept telling me that It didn’t exist. Since I couldn’t locate any contact info
without being log into an EA Account I recreated mine, but after contacting
their support by email as well as using the live support once they proved
useless as fixing my problems with my Bioware Social account. I did try to
recreate my Bioware Social account with my old email but it keeps saying that
this email is still in use when I enter it in the email field.

 

So what I wanted to know is if there is someone I can contact which can
restore my Bioware Social account as well as all my DLC for Mass Effect 2 and
Dragon Age (Especially all the free ones that came with both of them).
