Why is this important? Just play the game like you would do for any normal Bioware game. You do it, then YAY, if not then, fine.

Alas . . . we now know it's going to happen anyway.
So not likely.

Has there ever been a game where the reward was anything but an achievement, or something like TW's cards?
Alpha Protocol gave you handler perks.

If you have sex, Kirkwall blows up and thousands of people around the world are set on fire. To keep with the morally gray area, it rewards you with sex.

So not. Thousands of people and Kirkwall be damned, my mage is getting her tumble(s).
But seriously, in response to the OP... I doubt it. Why would there be any beneficial or detrimental gameplay effect for a facet BioWare prefers to keep entirely optional? At most I can see it affecting your friendship or rivalry with a character, which has the secondary effect of altering their bonuses. That is not quite the same thing as what you are asking, though.

I have noted that some games is marked with a great M for mature... so sex and blood is for some a big thing. So I think it is resonable to ask if it is more then to it in the game then just to get an M
I noticed by the several threads you already made about this that you seem to be obsessed with the very optional, very limited portion of the game that is sex.
Have you thought that perhaps the body parts splashing all over the screen might have something to do with it's mature rating?
I'm sure you will not be punished for having (or not having) sex in the game. And your reward will most likely be some extra dialog and a neato 20 second clip of your character grinding in a heavy leather bikini. Can we focus on something else now?

You must sleep with Cassandra in order to escape the Templar when you attempt to rescure Varric.
Well...I can always hope can't I?
