I've just started act III and I have TONS of things to do at my Keep. I read a wonderful explanation of all the parameters involved (here http://www.thieves-g...dex.php?pid=144 ) but I still can't decide if I should better built the church or the monastery and the wizards or the NWN9 tower.
Can I know your opinions? Do these choices actually change something in the game?

The monastary makes a sub-quest available if your PC is a monk. There is no other advantage. The church offers MUCH more (as a vendor).
Likewise, I can't find even that little bit of a motive to build the wizard's tower. Maybe some of the scrolls, but I don't remember any of them being unavailable elsewhere. The nine tower is much more useful.

I was wondering... since in the last battle I will be facing a lot of undead, I supposed the church would offer many clerics, so many "turn undead". Are the church and the wizard tower filled with PEOPLE or they are just shops?

No, there's only one or two persons. They have no influence on the battle.

You need to pick a specific one if you're after one of the background feats (similar to an achievement in other games).
There's also a shop, and the mission I_Raps mentioned. Evil PCs can also get a big boost towards good (monastery or church, don't remember which one), but no new mission. Basically that's all, as far as I remember. Doesn't the walkthrough explain this?

The buildings have slightly different effects on road/land security iirc.

From the walkthrough I read, the church/monastery none and the tower, +10 in something security, but both of them, so the choice is useless :-(
