I want to change cantrips to infinite spell-like abilities since low level casters are lame. If all else fails I can just grant them all the cantrip choices at level 1, but ideally I'd like them to be able to pick as normal.

So, is it possible to make a custom feat selection list where PCs get to pick so many feats from a specific list when they level? I know my way around all the .2das, scripts and such, I just haven't delved into this sort of customization much before.
