Oh, and the other DLC which supposedly was included in the "Ultimate" edition apart from Awakening give the message "Unable to load module".

Swell.

Allow me to make a friendly suggestion, if I might.

You see, this is a message board for folks who like to play the game and help others get the most out of it. There are no paid professionals or customer service reps from Bioware or EA here. Just folks. I came on here a few weeks ago because I was having video problems. No one had a simple answer, but lot of people made suggestions, I learned a lot, and I ultimately was able to sort things out. I've stuck around because I've seen messages from others, people who were as frustrated as I was and are asking for some direction. I would also like to see more of these games in the future... and I feel like, if I can make someone's experience a little better, that's someone who might buy DA2, and the more people who buy DA2, the greater the chance of other DA titles down the road. Enlightened self-interest, I suppose.

Anyway, here's the catch-- like I said, its a community thing. Voluntary. I doubt many people on this forum are interested in helping you, based on the level of angry jackassery you've spewed across two posts, now.

I can certainly understand your frustration. I can even understand the desire to vent. If you need to vent, talk to the people who sold you the game. Or call up the people who made it. You won't find either of them here.

That said, if you take the time to read some of the old posts, do a keyword search for your problem, and then come back and ask some specific questions, someone may be willing to give you a hand.

Got things working at last. W7 UAC and Antivirus/Firewall software seems to be able to mess things SERIOUSLY up. Uninstalled everything, deactivated all security on the computer, reinstalled w/ admin rights. Got even the toolset working ALMOST without problems, heh.

Wrote a post a couple of days ago but obviously i posted in wrong forums so gonna post it here again.

I have had Dragon Age for some time now.

Downloaded the Warden's Keep DLC and Golem quest ages ago and never experienced any problems what so ever.

Thought too myself DA2 is on the horizon so thought better play throug The Awakening Expansion and Darkspawn,Leliana,Return to Ostagar and Witch Hunt DLC.

So downloaded all of them just recently.

But once I get the quest to return to Ostagar this message appear as it does for Topic creator's witch hunt.

Have not tested out witch hunt myself yet as I thought did not want to continue until I maybe got a fix for return
for Ostagar if now Witch Hunt maybe has the same problem later once I get there?

I have seen other people having similar problems with other DLCs.

Is there any fix?Cus I see ,many post about this problem but few actual solutions

This problem seems to be both for PC and Xbox 360 while some Xbox owners said rebooting would fix it at some times this seems not to apply too the PC version.restarted game and computer,I recently started a new game aswell to test if it worked then but no.

I never had problems with this game in the past any advices?

Comp specs:

AMD Athlon 64 dual Core processor 4200+
2.21 GHz
2.00 GB RAM
Windows XP
Radeon X1900 Series

Old computer by today standard but as said never had problem with the game in the past.

Before anyone say uninstall all mods I dont have any mods installed at all.

What too do?

What finally worked for me is in the folder that contains Witch Hunt and Golems of Amgarrak DLC is another folder that says decrypter, just open that folder and click decrypt all. Hope it helps!
