I am new to this, so I am left confused. I activated my cerberus account and I downloaded items like the Cerberus armor and the Zaeed person with no problem. My question is, how do get this items and people in game?
I loaded up my save and the armor does not appear in my ships inventory, and there are no options to turn on the content I downloaded. Can I have help please?

The Cerberus armour will show up, or should show up, when you access the console in the Captain's cabin. As such I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the ship's inventory so you may be looking in the wrong place.
Zaeed is found on Omega, you can't miss him really.
Some items appear later in the game I think but the Arc Projector should be available almost straight away.

Ok, its all working now. It all showed up after I turned off my system and then turned it on. I guess the xbox just needs to be restarted for everything to appear in game. Thanks!

I was just going over something, I have dragon age origins for the pc, but mass effect 2 for the xbox 360. How do i go about activating the code to get the blood dragon armor, esecially since they are for different systems, the code didn't come with specific directions.

Redeeming the code itself should be simple enough on the PC; the insert which the code comes on should have a webpage url which you type in the code to redeem. It should be dragonage.bioware.com/redeem. You also have to be logged into your EA account as well.
A code for the 360: start up your game as normal. On the title screen click on the download content option and at the bottom of the screen it should say "Redeem EA code" with a 'Y' button in front of it. Press 'Y' and follow through.
Now, whether the code works for both I'm not sure about. This I can't verify for you (maybe about 6 months ago I could have as I didn't have DA:UE for the PC), but maybe another 360 player can (check in the 'My registered game promotions tab').
My hazy recollection would suggest 'yes', but I am by no means certain.
*EDIT* Looking at my own tab, clicking on the 'More info' button next to Blood Dragon armour for the 360 mentions it being available for both platforms. Inconclusive still.
