So I'm working on a tutorial learning some scripting, I go to run my
module, and instead of my module opening, the client opens, what did i
do?

Make sure you bake your area that has the start point and that the start point is in the walk mesh.

didn't help... i deleted the midule and am starting over.
Hopefully someone will stumble on this and offer a solution, who has had this issue before. my other modules seemed to work fine, but this particular one, the one i deleted, seem to have an issue.

Just so you know, I also get this. I thought this was normal.
I bought NWN2:Plat off steam. Those of you attempting to help, this might shed some insight. The Steam version works differently than the normal install, it looks like. In fact, it may have completely demolished my ability to test modules efficiently. StartNewModule and LoadNewModule both do not work correctly; they don't load the new, saved module that I've updated in the toolset.
I have another thread on the topic.

It may be the difference of where the save path is 'sending' your saves, versus the retail store version.
