That is one of my favorite lines.  The one that gets me is how Shep reacts to Garrus once we find out he is Arcangel.

I'm sorry, she's been great in other stuff, but for femshep the voice just sounds like she's trying far too hard to be tough and masculine. It makes me cringe. Literally.

Harbinger's come ons to Shepard. Sounds like he wants to rape Shepard in an alley.

Shepard's lame "You gave me to Cerberus? Why?" more like why aren't you chewing her out for handing you over to the people responsible for some of the most traumatic experiences in your life. (My SS)

VA for the commander of the Destiny Ascension.  "Evacuate the Council!"  The Matriarch sounds like a 13 year girl.  That ALWAYS breaks any suspension of disbelief I have. 

From ME2:
