So, I have a AMD 7750 Dual-Core 2.7GHz BE and its running fine, but the mystery (maybe im just being Dumb) is that CPU-Z says to me that I have two cores yet ME2 Config Utility says that I only have one. I am using windows XP Home Edition. It's confusing me and I keep wondering if this is affecting the performance because the ME2 config has never said I had two. Neither did the original Mass Effect Utility Config for that matter. 

If you could help that would be really great.

If you don't have any performance problems with the game, simply assume that the utility has a bug. Don't fix, what is not broken ;-)
