(sorry for my poor Engligh)
What happened was that because of my carelessness that I lost my Cerberus network code. So I bought another copy and activated my Cerberus network. But I didn't uninstal the game and reinstall it with the new CD. So today after I install the "shadow broker" add on, the game told me that DLC or something doesn't match the game and require internet connection. After I connected the internet it went fine. I don't know that if this is some issue that is going to hunt me one day when I reinstal the game when the new CD.

Each DLC install needs to be verified. As long as you use the same BioWare account to purchase it and log in from in-game, everything should be fine. If indeed the problem occurs at a later time, just google the exact error message, you'll find solutions then ;-)
