The Reapers were the result of Superboy-Prime punching reality. He punches it again, and they vanish, having never existed.

The Normandy is destroyed again, and Shepard is the only survivor. Some time later a group of misterious Reaper's slaves starst to spread destruction all along the galaxy, and we find out that they're the ME2's squad transformerd in techno-organic abominations. In the final battle we are forced to fight the ME2's LI and him/her and Shepard kills each other.



Then I'll take a plane for Canada and start to hunt the BW's writers and collecting their skulls like I'm the guddamn Predator.

No,not really.It would kinda explain some things.
My personal worst possible twist - probably the dream thing,but I highly doubt it will happen.Actually,I'm sure it won't.

At the beginning of ME3, Shepard realizes he has chosen the wrong career path, and so he goes back to school to re-educate himself towards becoming a gynecologist with a specialization on xenobiology - his long life dream, recently awoken by his philandering with the various aliens on board the Normandy. Of course, Shepard has the support of the entire crew, so everyone lives happily ever after. As for the reapers, when finding out about Shepard's new and utterly unexpected life changing decision, they burst out in a synchronous, spontaneus and spasmic "what we don't even" and "does not ******* compute", overheats and explodes out in darkspace. Teh Galaxy is saved... Forever.

A computer virus to deal with the Reapers (The idea by itself is way too much Michael Bay'd), which spreads back to the citadel control systems, making the station to get identity and rising up as the real enemy of the trilogy.

Right as Shepard goes to deliver the final killing blow to the Reapers, and possibly go out in a blaze of glory, the screen fades to black....and...that's it, the screen stays black. Then we see the text: "Project Director: Casey Hudson" start to roll across the screen...

All the reaper fleet is in fact controlled by one mastermind left alone into dark space, Shep and her squad make a suicide mission through the citadel relay into dark space to disable the mind before the reapers destroy the earth.

Credits rools up and you will see Shepard standing in the front of his PC and then he says - I finally finished this game. Now lets get back to my real life.

SHep finding some sort of magical item that lets him defeat the reapers in one shot. (ie a virus, some sort of prothean tech, etc)

I actually see all of these as a real possibility for ME3. 
Especially if having a bunch of cybernetic implants counts as being part robot.
