Last thursday I received my N7 hoodie in the mail (just in time for everything to go 20% off >=( dammit) and I decided I want to exchange it for a larger size. I sent an email requesting a return authorization number, and also called the store leaving my name and number. Its been a few days now and still no reply. How long does it usually take to get an email/call back?

Yeah, it usually takes 2 business days. If you don't hear from them in a couple I'd suggest replying to the support email so that it comes back into their attention.
