Perhaps the issue here is your relationship with your girlfriend is not (I hesitate to use the word mature for that will come across as insulting and it is not my intention) ?secure? enough that the two of you can witness nudity together?
If either or both of you have some moral convictions against nudity, that's one thing.
But if you have problems watching semi-nudity (seriously, I find it extremely difficult to drop the label "porn" on demons being slaughtered) in a video game, let alone movies that have intimate scenes or bare breasts and butts or whatever, just together then there's a level of uncomfortableness between the two of you that has nothing to do with movies or games.
My wife and I quite enjoy watching shows like True Blood without either of us being uncomfortable. Then again, we've been together for darn near 2 decades so ...
Might I suggest just forcing (if your girlfriend agrees to it, of course, if she sees this as a problem like you seem to) the two of you to sit through some steamier movies (or even tv shows), perhaps discussing your feelings or what's happening on the screen, so the two of you can become comfortable with such things - even if it isn't your intentions to actually regularly watch such things.
That discomfort in your relationship is what I'd be worried about, not bare pixelized nipples on something you are busy virtually hacking to pieces and burning to cinders.
They are in Middle School so this post went over his head.

Haha porno demons huh? I doubt that's exactly what the artist had in mind but regardless it's a mature element in this mature rated, mature themed game. I was not surprised at all by the demons, if it bothers you don't play but the developers can't go out of their way to patch every single thing that offends someone, there would be no game left.

It's possible to be a Christian and enjoy games such as this. But as they say, your Christians may vary. Some people just won't be able to enjoy a game that features sexuality - which I think is the best word for the problem here. Desire demons use their sexuality; they prominently display their figures in an attempt to affect you.
This goes back to the "yes, BUT" idea posted above.
You have to learn to look at an attractive female with whom sex is out of the question and you have to be able to deal with it, Otherwise, what will you do when your 17 year old daughter or niece wants you to take her to the beach? She won't thank you for asking for less bikini and more burqa.

Look up the fabled "Succubus", this "porno demon" has been around longer than we've had morals...just because a creature based on an actual creature of legend doesn't mean that they are "exploiting women".
