Dunno, my wife and I are playing DA together. We've run into a few Desire Demons now -- no stress, no fretting there. Heck, they're not even really nude, precisely. Metal pasties and a strategic drape.

You know, it is because of people like yourself that they even have ratings on video games and such. You clearly see the big, fat M when you put the game in no matter what platform you are playing it on not to mention it is on the packaging. Read what it says beside that M....I assume you can read as you are responding to posts here. If you are trying to just get a rise out of people, you are no better than those 'pixelated demons' you're going on about. If you do not possess the Maturity to play an M-rated game, then do not play it.

@Aisling the Drow...I agree completely with the whole equal thing and am glad you said it.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it sounds ot me like the desire demons are suppossed to be so over the top with their sexuality that you can't help but hate them and the driving force behind them. If correct, it sounds like the programmers did one heck of a job achieving that effect. That sort of thing should add depth to the main hero as he/she tries to put down the blight and bring an end to such things. Good job devs. Don't change a dang thing.

The insulting of both those who serve in the armed forces and feminism is jerkish and creepy. Both are good things: serving your country and your people, and striving for equality of the sexes are good things. The problem with both things is when take it to zealotic extremes, or when used to prop up something that should not be propped up by it.



Seriously, people: a conversation on the boards can be had without needed to reach in to weird places to have it. (Why in the world is insulting his girlfriend coming in to this? She's not the one posting here.)



As for me: yes, the game has half naked woman. And, yes, I suppose it is pampering on being sexy and desirable- so I suppose you could call it exploitative, but that's a dangerous route to tread. The Desire Demons, in particular, are in the game to give a reaction: it may be arousal, it may be uncomfortableness, it could be disgust. Their purpose is to tempt and to corrupt. That's it.

I would PAY to have some kind of dlc that prevented the porno demons from taking over my screen.

Did you even bother to look at what is listed beside the M for MATURE on the back of the game box?  Do you understand what partial nudity means?  If you had then you wouldn't even be playing this game.
