Hello,
Yesterday I attempted to buy some bioware points paid for via paypal. The page would not load after I confirmed my details on the paypal site and was taken back to the bioware page to complete the transaction and there was no way back to it through history etc. and my points were not updated. I later received the confirmation of payment email from paypal stating that I have been charged.
Could I receive either the points or a refund ASAP? I can provide the invoice number and other details from the paypal email.
Did not receive Bioware Points paid for by PayPal
