I have read this whole thread and I  have been waiting 2 days and I'm stuck on pending and I'm still trying to go on the EA live chat still not working. What the hell is going on!

Same issues here, purchased, charged but not delivered. First and last time I'll be buying anything from EA digital services.

Allow me to join the chorus praising the live support; they got it fixed within five minutes.  Guess I'll stick with my credit card for now until the PayPal issue is dealt with.

Same here, bought 400 points a couple days ago and redirect after paypal payment went to site not available.
Tried a second time (cause I am a sucker that way ;p) the day after, same thing.
I started the paypal buyers protection process to get my money back. EA doesn't react to mails or the paypal process.

And live support doesn't work for me.

I finally managed to get onto the live chat site and yes, the problem was fixed quickly.

Can only recommend the live chat support, helpful and friendly.
