Ray Muzyka probably has a smaller stake in the game's success than most game magazine previewers (since he knows that 99% of BioWare's income this year will be coming from TOR), ergo he's the most objective source right now.
Yea income from box sales, not from subsequent subs lolz

If I wanted to read a completely biased review, I'd head over to IGN.
That would be Gamespot.

Muzyka co-founded BioWare in 1995 with the other co-founder and VP of BioWare, Greg Zeschuk, after they earned their medical degrees at the University of Alberta. After selling BioWare to Electronic Arts in 2008, Muzyka became a General Manager and Vice President at EA in addition to his General Manager/CEO role at BioWare, and subsequently became a Senior Vice President and Group General Manager at EAXewaka wrote...

Thats only what Shepard has to say until the council repeals don't ask don't tell. Then...its party time.
Shepard works hard.

Yes because there are no gay men in the military.

If he can finish it as a completionist in January - why isn't it scheduled for release until March? So I should assume that Bioware are spending the remaining months polishing the game.
It's part of the "face the Muzyka" program, where Ray gets a playable copy at the first beta version of every Bioware RPG, and reserves the right to delay or cancel the project outright if he doesn't like what he's playing.

*note* i don't for a moment believe that, but all the conspiracy theorists seem to have so much fun drinking their haterade.

Games are often gone gold months before they release, not sure if DA2 is gold as of yet but it should be approaching quite quickly.

At the end of the day it could be genuine you know. He is allowed to show pride in his employees work. No one is saying you should buy the game on this statement but there is nothing wrong with what he said.
Nothing wrong with it at all, but it should be given about as much credence as whomever hates DA2 the most saying the game is horrible, meaning zero.

He didn't say it's the darker second act and that it is emotionally engaging ... I'm disappointed.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but he also forgot to say that DA2 has "visceral combat"
