 There should be a Renegade Cerberus aligned ending where you storm the Citadel tower with Cerberus troopers, seize power and execute the Council! This would be a Renegade ending (cuz I know paragons are going to have a heart attack reading this). I mean if the Paragons are going to get a kumbayah, bunnies and unicorns ending i want a dark ending!

Shouldn't ending of ME3 be; destroy Reapers?

After you destroy the Reapers you use the weapon to take over the galaxy like in Fallout New Vegas with the Robot army.

I wonder... I'm guessing one of the endings could potentially be Shepard joining the reapers and/or becoming a reaper. Don't ask, I know it sounds silly but... hey... the whole "join us" ending does sound quite possible in ME3 ^^, though if it isn't I won't be upset, but if it is then I won't be surprised.

This is interesting. To see Cerberus capture the citadel when the Council races is in a weakened state after the reaper war.

Bah! Turian Councillor is truly muerto waaay before ME3 if your a true renegade Cerberus Shep
That being said, I want to actually SEE the human lead council and rip their balls off (if they have any) and feed them to Urz then punch Udina until he's dead, put a bullet in Anderson's head and then show them all how a true HUMAN lead galaxy is ruled.

Oh and if Ashley isn't with me, she's an enemy...

Been wanting this forever. I've always wanted a Renegade option that was pure evil with no justification. The ending of the game is the perfect time for it.

No TIM is going to be giving pure renegade Shepard orders, shoot him in the face and take over Cerberus, making it something to be feared, before marching into the Citadel.

I like martin sheen to much to shoot his character in the face.

Well..... marching in formation about to engage in battle, is a tactical flaw. The Citadel would take em out like a good ol turkey shoot. Cerby should never take tips from RoTS.

Indoctrinate grunt, make him strangle Tali.
Drown Thane by putting a water hose down his throat and turning it on at full blast
Strap Kolyat down, and make him watch Thane's drowning 
Forced Mordin to create Salarian sterility plague, if he refuses cut out his vocal chords and leave him in an empty room to rot.
If he does it, after he is done, kill him outright
Indoctrinate Jack and use her to breed new super biotics
Use Geth to overrun the Flotilla and slaughter all of the Quarians
Crash the Flotilla into the Turian Homeworld.
Indoctrinate Liara, have her kill her drell boytoy then have her lead the Rachni against the Asari sparing only those who submit to Shepard's will.
Indoctrinate the Yahg, have them wipe out the Elcor
Cut open the pressure suits of all the volus not on one of their worlds
Indoctrinate the rest.
Kill Miranda since she is infertile
Kill TIM, no one tells you what to do
Indoctrinate Kasumi and make her stab Jacob to death and then breeding
Indoctrinate Zaeed, make him smash Jessie to bits then kill any crew members who are not loyal, followed by airlocking himself.
Kill VS
Force Joker to erase EDI at gunpoint, kill him anyway
Indoctrinate Samara, force her to kill a school full of little Asari children
Poison the seas of the Hanar homeworld
Because you know, why the hell not?

Having your party either side with you or fight against you depending on a major late game choice would be an interesting move for Bioware, considering that ME2 was centered around getting their loyalty in the first place. This would be a logical way to go, however, as it worked great in KotOR, when you kill Mission, Juhani and Jolee then scare off Carth on the Unknown World should you side with Bastilla. That was an incredible story twist, and I could see them pulling it off in ME3 if done correctly.

Not worth it imo, Bastilla forgot how to force kill droids in her turn to the darkside which is what the Starforge is full of.

I am paragon and I support this thread.  However I can do without unicorns and bunnies and does anyone actually sing kumbayah still I thought we left that in the 70's where it belongs.

These things sound unlikely. Im pretty sure some of these has higher morale values. Joker? He would not erase EDI and Im pretty sure EDI can if needed, kill everyone upon Normandy 2.

She could open the airlock getting rid of every living thing on the Normandy as she did when the collectors boarded only in that case she locked the doors to the engine room so that joker wouldnt get vented.

Also im starting to like the idea of this alternative ending more and more.

It brings me back to the days of Kotor 1 when you can retake your mantel of revan and have Bastila become your sith apprentice. The true lord of the sith has returned all Hail Lord Revan.

I could actually picture it going like this.

Shepard strides into tims room on his unnamed space station.
TIM - Shepard im glad to see you, we need to talk
Shep - Yes we do
TIM - We have a great opportunity shepard, a chance to re write the mistakes of the past
Shep - Im listening
TIM - X years ago you let the council die and then you and ambassador Udina did your best to take over the council, unfortunatly you failed then, humans gained control but it didnt change much we have the chance to re write that mistake.
Shep - What do you have in mind?
TIM - The coalition of fleets you assembled was wiped out in the final battle with the reapers our ships managed to slip away we still have a large force of loyal troops where as the council does not. If we move now no one could stop us.
Shep - How many soldiers do we have here because C sec...
TIM interrupts - you will have more then enough slowly but surely humans have been putting themselves into many positions within c sec they will not hinder you. I will tell the captains that the aliens have tried to turn on humanity they will order there men to wipe out the remaining aliens in csec as well as any specters on the citadel.
Shepard - Sounds good but what happens after.
TIM - We form a united Empire much like the protheans once were an empire which will be led  by me and you.
Shepard - We better get started soon before the council can reorganize
TIM - I already have my private fleet waiting at the arcturas relay ready to jump to the citadel they await my orders.
Shepard - I want the Normandy to lead that fleet.
TIM - Well you better hurry up then
Shepard - I will talk to you soon

Cutscene ensues showing shepard and crew leaving the station and flying to the nearest relay. 

Shepard stands in the bridge awaiting the jump when the team comes up to him.
Mordin - Shepard whats going on?
Grunt - Yea shepard where are we going now?
Tali - Im also curious...
Shepard - TIM has given me a new mission we are going to the citadel, their is about to be a major restructuring in the way the galaxy is run. 
Mordin - How So? What are we doing?
Shepard - We Mordin? sorry this mission involves no aliens.
Tali - What do you mean shepard?
Shepard signals cerberus troops
Samara - What are we doing commander?
Shepard - We are taking over... Cerberus is taking over... 
Garrus - WHAT?
Shepard - We are flying to arcturas to meet up with the cerberus fleet then we will storm the citadel.
Tali - Its not true... Its Impossible.
Shepard - Either your with me... Or your my enemy.
Garrus - I will join you shepard, you are my friend and ally
Tali - I am also with you shepard.
Grunt - You are my battlemaster I will go where you go.
Samara - I cannot fight my own kind I will not join
Mordin - I concur it would be most unwise for me to betray my species
Thane - This isnt the right path shepard
Miranda and Jacob - Were with you and the Illusive man Shepard.
Zaeed - I might as well go along with you, Im in.
Kasumi - Im with you shep.
Legion - Geth support this shepard.
Samara/Mordin/Thane all start backing away from the group
Shepard signals the cerberus troops to fire
The three aliens drop dead
Shepard - Any more questions
Miranda - None Commander.
Shepard - Good then get ready

Cutscene continues Normandy joins up with the fleet they go through the relay to the citadel 
cutscene continues them boarding the citadel
Get to council chambers

Udina - Shepard whats going on 
Shepard - Were doing something you failed to do all those years ago, Were taking over
Udina - What do you mean?
Shepard - join us or die.
Udina - fine I will join you. 
Shepard - Good I didnt want to have to shoot you 

Shepard and troops then continue to citadel cutscene happens showing shep and soldiers marching up the stairs to the council chambers.

Turian Ambassador - Whats happening
Asari - The humans are attacking
Salarian - But why?

Shepard - No time for answers, he shoots them all in the head.

Cutscene happens showing c sec and cerberus forces wiping out aliens left and right.

TIM is waiting shepards message, Shepard appears to tim on the holograph platform.
TIM - Has everything gone to plan.
Shepard - The councils gone, Udina has joined our side
TIM - Good, I will be releasing a broadcast to every species and planet telling them whats happened and what will happen if they dont submit.

Cutscene occurs showing TIM speaking his message across many alien worlds viewing screens.

Game ends with shepard standing over the bodies of the dead council

Now the real work begins...

End game
