I wonder... I'm guessing one of the endings could potentially be Shepard joining the reapers and/or becoming a reaper. Don't ask, I know it sounds silly but... hey... the whole "join us" ending does sound quite possible in ME3 ^^, though if it isn't I won't be upset, but if it is then I won't be surprised.

With all this talk about storming the citadel...

I just thought of Shepard in the council tower, standing atop the dead council, with the the glowing 'Assuming Control' eyes.

No need. He has already let the anger in his heart, when became batman. So it wont be difficult to turn him into dark side, Shepard just should promise Garrus Lazarus project for his family.

Actually was planning for Samara to have that honor, use indoctrination so the only code she will ever need is Shepard's word, make the Justicars into an enforcer squad.
Garrus could have spikes embedded in his head, with his facepaint alternating between black and red.

There might have been another saying like that, but I came up with freedom squads in my own mutterings after the Republicans won control of the house, as a branch of the tea party to make sure people are enjoying their freedoms in an appropriate fashion.

you forget the part about erasing all history except how you saved the Galaxy from the corrupt council and their death machines known as the Reapers. Also anyone who doesn't support you, feed to your pet Ardat Yakshi. Also round up all of the Asari children and brainwash them the old fashioned way (indoctrination decreases effeciency over time) so when they grow up they will be unwavering in their dedication, do the same for the Krogan. The others will learn to obey generationally . Finally, call up Flemmeth to see how she pulled off her body transfer technique and start making yourself some more bodies so the great Shepard could rule for a millinia.
