I contacted EA last night and the tech gave me 2 more codes to try that didn't work too.

He forwarded the issue to a senor support but i still don't have any news from them

Do you maybe have a US version of the game? Does have the BLES or BLUS code on the front side of the cover?

Isn't the 2nd laptop supposed to open when you redeem the code?

No the second laptop is closed. You can redeem your code when you start the game by going to EXTRA--> Downloadable Content. So just play the game;)

Nee ga gewoon spelen nadat je de DLC hebt gedownload. The comic start na een tijdje automatisch vanzelf en je kunt je extra armors en wapens later zien Just play and have fun

The comic segment appears only after the intro with the Normandy. This means you have to start over to see it. You can't continue your current game if you have started one. The extra missions will appear later in the game. I assume the second laptop opens only when they have something more to add.

I Live in the UK and I just got the game today I entered the code and downloaded the content yet I don't see the option for the interative comic under new game can anyone help me out with this problem?
