Comic happens after Normandy prologue. Just start a new game and you'll see it after that

Before you start to panic read the previous posts 
If you've downloaded the DLC and it installed then you have no problem. just start a new game and the comic will display after the prologue automatically and once you are in the ship you can see your DLC armors and weapons etc.

But in the splash screen, I dont get any laptop that opens up and says welcome to the cerberus network and stuff, I only get new game and extras

Yes that's the case for everyone (see also post above ) Don't worry man, as long as you were able to download the DLC you're ok. The second laptop might get open in the future (for future DLC)

Could be region locked, could explain why.

Australia here and just got my copy, code on back of case says BLAS 50290 i think this is the Asian version, so 21st release date.

Got incorrect code when initially putting the code in now I get the code error after too many goes lol. Annoying to say the least.

Single free DLC on PSN to download tho for the game.

Im having the same problem (

Did BioWare manage to fix it,i really want o play the DLC just bought the game and im really worried that choices from the comic will affect the game dramaticly.

Any1 having issues now I don't think it's a problem with Bioware, it probably comes down to codes that are specific to a region and you having a psn login from another region.



If you have a valid code, you could need to select a new country/region on a new profile for the dlc/patches etc. Don't know what the side effects are... only able to play with that profile once installed, disabling the code via some region security etc.



I have yet to try this tho.

damn i live in malaysia but my main account is US and all my achievements are there.

Do the DLC changes much of the game???

my code does not work it was sent to me by ea via email and still get invalied code waited 3 days now and still no reply

I was using a PS3 user with an US address. The ME game however was bough in the UK so I created a second PS3 user account with an UK address and everything went smooth

Are you able to use the game with dlc under your old psn login also?

If this is the case then to access the DLC, simply create a new PSN ID (you can have as many PSN ID's as you like), and when it asks you for you address details, select the country that the game region is from. Then use this PSN ID whenever playing games from the same region, and you can access patches, DLC etc
Region 1 - USA
Region 2 - UK
Region 3 - Singapore
The region number is shown in a black and white square on either the back or the spine of the case.

This is zone 3 Asia, use singapore as the country when making a new account.

I'm sorry for the noob ask but i been reading the past post and it seems almost everyone here there redeem code area working but mines still not working. I thought it will work if I waited for a week but when i try it, its still working. Can please help me? I'm already at the end of the game and I really want to try that Cerberus Pack,so anyone? by the way i live in the Asia area, in Philippines and just bought it last week.

I've recently bought this in Australia, my PSN account is set up locally, but still I am having trouble with the activation. I've even tried activating it on the ME2 website, with no success. Is anyone else still having trouble?

I just got the game today and when I tried putting in the code for the cerberus network, it didn't work. I bought the game in the same region as my account is in, so I don't think it has to do with the regions. This is incredibly frustrating since it is fixed for other regions and yet it does not work in the U.S. It has been almost two weeks since the game came out and this should have been fixed already.

the samething happend to me too i don't know why i bought the game, now i dunno wat to do about. I even tried making a new account and its still doesn't work. Can someone please help me? and by the way my region is on asia

Okay, I just got the game yesterday. I inputted the code, and it "worked" but when I start the game I don't see Cerberus Network listed
